We look forward to welcoming groups to the Granite Belt region once the COVID-19 restrictions begin to ease. We have just released a bonus for any group/coach bookings booked by 20 Sep – Book 10 rooms and get your 11th for free or book 20 rooms and only pay for 18. Meals included. Stanthorpe is a beautiful region for exploring whether you have a day, or 6 to fill. We love assisting groups with their itinerary whether you travel by coach, car or motorbike. Shannon and Shaun are involved witha number of car & bike groups and are enjoy popping together itineraries. Shaun has also hosted the DGR in Stanthorpe over the last 6 years finding a number of beautiful back roads for the group to travel. Corporate Rates

High Street Motor Inn has introduced rates including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for workers coming to Stanthorpe. This is available 7 nights a week and can be booked on our website. Breakfast: Continental Buffet (choose the day of or day before and then dine in your room.) Includes Cereal, Fruit, Toast, Juice, Danishes, Yoghurt and pancakes/crumpet/muffins) Lunch: With an account at Foxy’s Bakery and Zest, you can choose your choice of lunch and pick-up from 6am. Dinner: The Steakhouse is offering Room-Service 5 nights a week (Tues-Saturday) and then we offer take-away/delivery from a selected restaurant on Sunday/Monday evenings. July Update

Thank you Stanthorpe SES After a mini tornado tore apart the High Street Motor Inn late last year, a long road to restoration lay ahead. Thanks to the volunteers at the State Emergency Service, the motel was back in operation in time for the Apple & Grape Festival. To show their gratitude, the owners of the High Street Motor Inn presented the local SES with $2000 at their open day event. Albert Piper on behalf the Stanthorpe SES collected the two cheques on the day – one for $1000 from the raffle tickets in the Steakhouse and $1000 from Rotary Stanthorpe. This donation enabled the SES unit to procure the purchase of latest technology lighting which is portable and safer for use in storm conditions, search & rescuse along with other multiple uses. What’s new at the Steakhouse There is a chill in the air and that first frost is just around the corner, perfect for enjoying a local glass of wine by the fire, before or after your dinner at the Steakhouse. The renovated lounge bar area has proven to be very popular with locals and tourists alike, and the kids corner with the DVD’s and colouring in books is keeping the younger ones entertained so mum and dad can relax. This month also sees the introduction of the new Autumn/Winter menu & includes all those winter favourites plus a couple of twists with a few new dishes.
