Spring has well and truly sprung and the Steakhouse’s new Spring menu is proving to be a hit. Shaun and Shannon decided to add some delicious native Australian ingredients to their menu including Kakadu plums, Mountain pepperberry, Australian bush tomatoe’s, macadamia’s as well as local produce including handmade cheese, mushrooms, and apples. The mountain pepper berry has been crusted on lamb rump and served with creamy mash potato, wilted greens and jus on the side. Some of the tempting options are pictured including Poached pear in red wine & cinnamon with whipped cream and anglaise or why not try the handmade pork & fig spring rolls entree with a lemon and honey dipping sauce?
