NEW SPRING MENU:  The Steakhouse is looking forward to the warmer weather as well as all the yummy local fruit and vegetables that starts to become available over the next couple of months.  Their new spring menu is having it’s finishing touches added and includes some classic ‘Aussie’ ingredients including Lemon Myrtle, Wattle Seed & Bush Tomatoe’s as well as some new ideas such as Tasmanian Mountain Pepper & Paperbark.
